hmm... this seems very applicable for front-back mixed double. But what happens if my partner under pressure and he drops from behind? Should I still stand 1 step behind the t-service line?

Be prepared before an opportunity than have a an opportunity and not being prepared. thats what training is all. if you can do this in practice, you will never be able to do it in real game. cause you just would not have the mindset to move into position.

I agree & disagree with you. Yes, in real match, experienced opponent will never return such nice ball, but it's you that wants to create such return from the opponent. The drilling exercize trains & condition your body to deal with such return to score a point.

i feel i abit stupid..during the real stuation, no one wil give the ball to the player like how the coach in the video gve to his student..dun ever find this kind of coach...i was trained by YANGYANG before..not in this manner..
