eh, shi quan, cheryl, wanna join in this sunday training? not that tiring liao, full-court now only do 1 set, change to agility training which quite exhausting too but not as bad. anyone want to train? trying to form a 6pple group.

Wanted to know when MX playing against MD, what are some of the things to avoid, or leverage on mixed. When playing wiht MD, if both keep hitting to my partner at the back court playing hinm around, I have tendency to move backward, which sometimes makes matter worst... , can he please advise :).

Eh, my mixed doubles really sucks big time! I really need to spend alot of time working on my skills & technique, and speed & fitness. In other words, I need to work my butts off to get back in shape if I want to play good mixed doubles. I must admit that I have been frustrated many times but it is a challenge that I am willing to take. Jiayou!!! :)
